Dan Charles Photography Thanks for visiting Dan Charles Photography. By using this website or purchasing a print, you're agreeing to the terms laid out below. I've tried to keep this as straightforward as possible.

 

# 1. Copyright and Intellectual Property This is the most important part. Every photograph, image, and piece of content on this website is the exclusive property of Dan Charles Photography. When you purchase a piece, you are buying that specific physical print to enjoy in your space. You are not buying the copyright to the image itself. This means you cannot reproduce, scan, redistribute or use the artwork for any commercial purpose. All rights to the original work remain entirely with the artist, even after a piece has been sold. If you are interested in licensing an image for commercial use, please reach out directly.

 

# 2. Order Processing and Dropshipping To ensure you get the highest quality gallery prints, my artwork is fulfilled through professional print labs. We use a dropshipping model, which means when you place an order, it goes straight to the printing partner. They print, carefully package, and ship the artwork directly to your door. Because each print is made to order, please allow a few days for production before the item is shipped.

 

# 3. Shipping and Delivery Delivery times depend on where you are based. Once an order is handed over to the courier, the exact delivery timeline is out of our hands. We aren't liable for delays caused by postal services or customs holds. If you are ordering internationally, you are responsible for any local customs fees or import taxes that might apply.

 

# 4. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds Because every print is custom-made on demand specifically for your order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind. However, your purchase is protected under Australian Consumer Law. If your print arrives damaged, has a defect, or is the wrong item, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving it. You'll need to send a few clear photos of the damage (including the packaging), and we will organise a replacement for you as quickly as possible. Any damaged goods will be returned to the address on the postage of what was sent.

 

# 5. Pricing and Availability Prices for prints can change without prior notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue certain prints or sizes at any time.

 

# 6. Governing Law Dan Charles Photography operates out of Perth, Western Australia. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and any disputes will be handled under this jurisdiction.
